Pretty Pleated Puppy Card (say that 3 times really fast)

This card is for yesterday's ways to use it challenge on SCS, which was to use a pleat on your card, and for this week's sketch challenge at Little Paper Shop.

This adorable puppy is a LPS image that was mailed to me in a birthday card from a very dear friend! When I received it, I couldn't wait to color it! I added the butterfly on his nose. The pleat I made is two layers of DP (the red is just a hair more narrow than the green), that was distressed, crumpled, sponged on the edges and accordian folded-- all before I sewed it in place. It's supposed to be shabby....what do you think?

Ingredients: Stamps: Little Paper Shop, Stampin' Up {Trendy Trees}; Cardstock: Stampin' Up! {Brilliant Blue}; DP: Colorbok, American Traditional; Ink: Stampin' Up! {Brilliant Blue}; Accessories: Limelight Papercrafts {Ribbon}, Copics, Dimensionals, MS Butterfly Punch, Silver Paint Pen, Sewing Machine.
