This project is for the first challenge in tonight's mini VSN on SCS. We were to choose a flag from all of the Winter Olympic participant countries and use their colors on our project. I used Belgium, which has the colors black, yellow and red. These treat bags are attached to wooden rulers and will be Reilly's Valentines for his classmates this year.
Ingredients: Stamps: Whimsie Doodles {Mini Valentines}; Cardstock: MFP {Ripened Tomato, Snow Storm Smooth}; Ribbon: American Crafts; Other: Heart Punch, 3D dot, Copics, Nesties, Waxed Paper Treat Bags.
