Each week the Doodlelicious Design Team will be creating and posting cards featuring Whimsie Doodles digistamps! Today is our first official post, though many of us have already been making cards with these awesome stamps~so you may see some images that look familiar! Today is also the new release day (WOOO HOOOO) at Whimsie Doodles, and there are so many new stamps to choose from, it was almost too hard to narrow it down to just one post for the day! You have to go by and take a look at what’s new, and stop by the other team member blogs to see their fantastic creations!!
My card today features the Ride the Wave bear, which is available starting today at Whimsie Doodles! I colored him with Copics and added a line to his surf board with a white gel pen. I also made the water foamy using Liquid Applique and a heat gun. I hadn't done that in a while, and it was really fun! The wave border in the background on this card is a special gift from Melyssa to the Design Team. Isn't she sweet? It will be available for you to purchase beginning July 15th!
