SCS Sketch Challenge (SC228)

Today's sketch challenge on SCS was to use this awesome layout by DawnMercedes! I'm still in love with my new Unity stamps, so I decided to use a die cut and Primas in the spot where an image was to go, and use the background paper area to stamp this beautiful sentiment! I sponged like a crazy woman on this thing to give it lots of dimension and make the colors deep and rich. I even sponged the Prima flowers! The scroll-y background is a Cuttlebug folder (used in 2 places) that I used on Whisper White cardstock, then rubbed it with the More Mustard stamp pad, and filled in lighter spots with a sponge.

Ingredients: Stamps: Unity; Cardstock: Stampin' Up! {Ruby Red, Basic Black, Whisper White, So Saffron}; Ink: Stampin' Up! {Ruby Red, Basic Black, So Saffron, Pumpkin Pie, Bravo Burgandy, More Mustard}; Accessories: {White gel pen, half pearls, Sizzix Flower Pot, Primas, dimensionals, sponges, CB folder}.
