LLPC021 I'm a Tulle!

So I stumbled upon this cutie patootie blog today, called Limelight Papercrafts and their weekly challenge was to use tulle on a card (their layout). I immediately knew I wanted to use this digi from Pink Petticoat and try to make her skirt out of tulle.... well, I like how that part of the card turned out (but that's kind of it). I could find the right paper, the colors weren't just right.... dang it. I tried :)
