ShortCuts & Whimsie Doodles...a match made in heaven :)

This little gift card holder (perfect for Lowe's or Home Depot, right??) is for today's intersite challenge with ShortCuts and Whimsie Doodles. The sketch is courtesy of ShortCuts and the gift card folder is one of the pre-made/pre-cut goodies that you can buy there (talk about a time-saver!)! I ran the entire GC folder through an embossing folder and then brayered, sponged and airbrushed to make it oh-so-manly. The headlights and bumper are covered in Crystal Effects. The Lawn Ranger and matching sentiment are available at Whimsie Doodles!

SheetLoad, Caardvarks and ShortCuts, OH MY!

This week Shortcuts and SheetLoad of Cards eZine is partnering up with Caardvarks for an intersite challenge extravaganza! All of the design teams will be creating cards that feature the July SheetLoad sketch and products from ShortCuts. I decided to make my very first "clear" card featuring a Clear Card Blank from ShortCuts!
